Smart University Chiang Mai University

We promote Chiang Mai University to be a “Smart University” and a model of “Smart City” in Thailand with an innovative energy management system. A 12-MW solar rooftop system installed within the university is wisely managed by state-of-the-art technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT) and Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) for more efficient and sustainable use of energy.
